05/09/2013: $50 – Eye Doctor appointment so I can get started on some meds to clear up this infection.
05/10/2013: $50 –  Appointment with Dr. Jacob, to get my sinus infection taken care of.  Steroid and Antibiotics shot, Antibiotic Pill for 2 weeks, and steroid inhaler to clear me up.
05/13/2013: $50 –  Follow up appointment with the eye doctor.  He clears me and doesn’t see why I shouldn’t have the stem cell transplant.
05/16/2013: $50 – Follow up appointment with Dr. Jacob.  All my symptoms are gone except fro the stuffy/pressure ear feeling.  I have a hearing test done, no problems.
05/23/2013: $50 – Follow up appointment with Dr. Jacob.  Yeast infection from the antibiotics, I am given some antiyeast medicine.
05/28/2013: $50 – Stem Cell Transplant Admit Date, however I am congested, so pushed off to this weekend.
