Chemo Day #8 + 3

11/01/2012:

9:04: I get waken up by a call from the client who’s domain servers I changed yesterday.  I get up out of bed and go to my desktop computer, but before that while I am letting Buster outside in the backyard, I don’t feel too good.  I take a Zofran to take care of my little bit of nausea that I am feeling. The new service provider for their emails setup all the email accounts with special passwords instead of the password that I provided for all the clients.  The clients are getting pop ups every minute when the computers are checking for new emails that the passwords are not correct.  I first load up one account at my house computer to test out the current settings that are on their computers on my computer.  Once I find that the current settings will work with the new provider, I log into the control panel for the new emails and change all the passwords to what they were for the old account.  As soon as I do this, all the computers at the office are able to receive and send emails again without any boxes popping up because the configuration is now the same as it was on the old servers, just a new server.

9:45: I am not feeling good still.  That other pill is not really working.  The doc said that I could go ahead and Phenergan  on top of the Zofran when I first started taking the pills, so I go ahead and pop a Phenergan and lay back down.  That’s it, I am out of it after that pill……

4:00: I wake up, Yes that’s right, I slept from about 10 AM to 4 PM on top of all that rest I got before.  The Phenergan will do that to you.  Luckily I didn’t get any other emails or phone calls all day.

5:15: My mom goes off to grocery.  I am in the mood for some Shrimp Alfredo.  She picks up what we need for that.

6:00: My mom gets back home, and I help her unload the car.

6:30: My dad and I head over to my office to check on any payments that have come in so that I can enter them into the system before running the monthly statements for my clients.  I am letting my dad drive, as I am not up to driving.

6:45: We get to the office.  I only have one payment.  I go across the hall and get the two shipments that came in on Monday.

7:00: My dad and I head back home.

7:15: We get back home and supper is ready.

7:30: I eat the Shrimp Alfredo my dad has made.  It is good.  It is bland, no spice at all, but that’s all my stomach can handle at the moment.

8:30: I am done eating, I am tired too, so I am going to go lay down for a bit.

8:45: I am sleeping….

11:30: I wake up, I run the monthly statements and invoices from the other night, but I will email those tomorrow when I go back over to the office.

11:59: I am sleeping again.  I don’t know, I am just tired and more nauseated this chemo.  Each one get’s worse, so this is just adding up I take it…
