I took the day pretty easy.  As always checked messages and emails on my phone.  My wife had work for 11:00 AM, so she took off at 10:30.  I ate a chicken and tuna salad sandwich and took my medications.  I then watched some Pirate’s of the Caribbean, and just took the day easy.  I did some more research on the computer, and went outside and sat in the sun for about 20 minutes.  While out in the sun, I also played with Buster, my dog, throwing him a Mardi Gras cup, which he would go run after and bring back.  He likes to chew things, so he has destroyed a few smaller balls and Frisbees, so until i can get him to stop chewing, its cheap free Mardi Gras cups for him to destroy for now.  I then came back inside, got some drink for myself and some fresh Ice Water for Buster.  My Aunt Rosie and Uncle Frank stopped by and gave me some family support and encouraging words.  After they left I dug into the wonderful gift they brought me. FOOD!  Yes, you know me, food is always a good thing!  Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Corn Grits, and Very Moist and Juicy Turkey.  I had my share of food :).  I then decided to take it easy and get a bath to use my phone to research more chemotherapy information so I know what more to expect.  I did a good bit more research.  I then got back in the lazy-boy, and got on my computer and installed some software for a client.  My wife by this time was home and was hungry, so i sat with her while she ate some of the food from earlier.  I then sat back in the lazy-boy and another Pirates of the Caribbean was on.  I fell asleep watching TV this time around.
